popcorn park zoo

popcorn park zoo

You don't have to be an animal lover to love the Popcorn Park Zoo, but if you are, the experience is that much more intoxicating.
Tucked away on seven acres in Forked River, New Jersey is a wonderful wild kingdom, filled with beautiful exotics and wildlife to take your breath away (I spent the day with my jaw dropped in amazement)! There’s everything from lions and tigers and bears (oh my!) to camels, peacocks, wallabies and even a steer to stare at. And what makes this refuge so special is that all of these beautiful creatures are rescue animals that were saved from exploitation and/or death.
We all have heard the horror stories of what can happen when wildlife ends up where it should not be, or worse, in someone's home. The results can be devastating to the owners and the animals. So that is why it is so important to have a place like the Popcorn Park Zoo — a safe haven for our beautiful creatures and a magical place for us to get close to them.
